The ingredients are simple but they have a strong antioxidant effect.
And this is a good point to prevent the promotion of body oxidants and glycation: )
<Body Oxidant>

Body oxidant is one of the reasons for aging and reactive oxygen affects the promotion.
Reactive oxidant has immunity while it causes cell damage when it is produced overly.
The antioxidants work to inhabit the reactive oxidants.
So taking strong antioxidative food leads to aging care by inhabiting the reactive oxidants effect.
Vitamin C, vitamin E, and polyphenols are some examples that have stronger antioxidant effects.
<Body Glycation>

Aging is also caused by AGEs (advanced glycation end products), which accelerate aging substances production when the carbs and proteins are combined (glycation).
Let’s imagine the pancakes getting brown and brown when you bake them longer.
That’s the glycation.
When you cook at a high temperature, more AGEs are produced.
They increase by the following order.

From the AGEs production perspective, raw food or less heated cooking is also good aging care.

General lemon juice on the market is usually processed by heat so vitamin C might not be as effective as it’s weak against heat. But you can use it instead as it’s easy and doesn’t affect to the taste.
Onion
・Allyl sulfide (Better blood flow and prevent blood clots)
・Quercetin (Polyphenol that has a strong antioxidant effect)
Especially onion skin includes more quercetin.
Raw food
・Fewer AGEs than heating cooking

As with any diet, it is important to have a well-balanced diet.
How to make

- Cut the avocado in half from the center with a dining knife and remove the seed.
If the avocado is ripe, it’s soft enough to cut it by dining knife.
Injury risk is lower as the seeds can be removed easily.
(But you need to be careful of course!)

I usually avoid the “avocado hand” in this way and this helps me a lot: )

- Cut the avocado with multiple vertical and horizontal lines on the skin with the dining knife.
- Put the avocado in the container with the dining knife.
And you can remove the stuck avocado from the skin by it.

I don’t want to do as much washing as possible, so usually put the avocado in the storage container directly and store it in the fridge after I make it.
These airtight containers are made of heat-resistant glass so you can use them in various ways and the smell doesn’t get stuck after you wash them.

- Put the lemon juice in the avocado as soon as possible to avoid the oxidant and mash it with the dining knife.

This depends on your preference but you can mash avocado smoothly or leave some of the chunk!
- Mix the all other ingredients with the dining knife.
